Rancho Los Alamitos Historic Ranch and Gardens is at 6400 E. Bixby Hill Rd., next to California State University, Long Beach; enter through residential security gate at jct. E. Anaheim Rd. and Palo Verde Ave. Six agricultural buildings with livestock, an adobe ranch house built around 1800 and four acres of historic gardens comprise this 7.5-acre property.
