Coachella Valley History Museum

Coachella Valley History Museum is at 82616 Miles Ave. The museum displays Native American artifacts, a 1909 schoolhouse, old farm and household equipment, changing art exhibits and a blacksmith shop. A sawmill and gardens are on the grounds. A large relief map shows the development of the desert's water system, and dioramas explain the date-growing industry.
