Watching the chefs create art on a plate with such precision amazes me. Each dish is a delight to see and is even more exciting to taste!

Enjoy an amazing 11-course dinner that is expertly served. The chef/owner creates dishes using ingredients from their nearby farm and artisan items from around the world. Dishes may include local Wagyu, caviar or tempura-style fish filled summer squash, each artfully presented. Finish with such delights as chocolate filled mochi and the seasonal dessert spread.
