Groveland Yosemite Gateway Museum

Groveland Yosemite Gateway Museum is at 18990 Main St. (SR 120), in the same building as the country library and adjacent to Mary Lavaroni Park. Displays depict area history from the 1849 gold rush era to the Hetch Hetchy railroad period, as well as flora and fauna native to the Sierra foothills. A theater features DVD programs about local history and pioneer families as well as Yosemite National Park.
