Coyote Hills Regional Park

Coyote Hills Regional Park is at 8000 Patterson Ranch Rd. The park is a 977-acre wildlife sanctuary containing 2,000-year-old Native American shell mounds and a reconstructed Indian village. The park also has more than 40 miles of hiking, bicycling and jogging trails, a museum, a visitor center, a butterfly garden and a boardwalk through a freshwater marsh habitat. Nature programs are conducted on weekends.
