California Overland Desert Excursions

California Overland Desert Excursions, 1233 Palm Canyon Dr., offers a variety of tours—easy, moderate and challenging—of the Anza-Borrego desert in open-air jeeps and former military vehicles. Private tours, tours in climate-controlled vehicles and desert camping trips also are available.

Water is provided on all tours. Snacks are served on 2.5-hour tours, and bag lunches are served on half- and all-day tours.
