Burnaby Village Museum & Carousel

Burnaby Village Museum & Carousel is off Hwy. 1 Kensington Ave. S. exit to 6501 Deer Lake Ave. The 4-hectare (10-acre) village re-creates the sights and sounds of a 1920s settlement in lower mainland British Columbia. Costumed townspeople welcome visitors to more than 30 shops and homes, including a print shop and schoolhouse. A restored 1912 Parker carousel is on the site. The Heritage Christmas celebration from late November to early January features carolers, entertainment, crafts and a chat with Father Christmas.
