Drennen-Scott House is at 221 N. 3rd St. Built in 1838, the Drennen family home houses antebellum furniture, a frieze displayed at the 1893 Chicago World's Fair and other antique treasures. The house and its contents are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and its site is linked to the Civil War, the Trail of Tears and the Underground Railroad.
