Hot Springs Mountain Observation Tower is off Fountain St. at 401 Hot Springs Mountain Dr. This 216-foot tower provides scenic views of the park, city and vicinity. Several towers have stood on the site, including the original wooden fire tower that was destroyed by lightning.
Note: Because of sharp switchbacks, vehicles more than 30 feet long cannot negotiate Hot Springs Mountain Drive.
Time: Allow 30 minutes minimum.
