Bucky O'Neill Monument

Bucky O'Neill Monument, on Courthouse Plaza, was created by Solon H. Borglum. It pays tribute to the First U.S. Volunteer Cavalry (Roosevelt's Rough Riders) and Capt. William O'Neill, the first volunteer in the Spanish-American War and organizer of the Rough Riders.
