Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre

Esplanade Arts & Heritage Centre, 401 First St. S.E., houses an art gallery featuring works by both local and national artists, a museum with a permanent gallery, two theaters and archives containing more than 1 million documents and photos. The museum presents audiovisual displays detailing the region's cultural heritage as well as a collection encompassing more than 25,000 artifacts. Included are pioneer items and pieces related to the area's petroleum industry.
