Chilkat Guides is at 170 Sawmill Rd. Chilkat Bald Eagle Preserve Float Trips pass through the preserve on the Chilkat River and offer views of the Chilkat Mountains and bald eagles in their natural habitat. You may spot bears, moose, salmon and wolves as well as an ancient native village. Transportation to and from the river through the scenic Chilkat Valley is provided along with a picnic-style lunch. Bring warm clothes, binoculars, camera, sunglasses and rain gear. Other tours are available.
