Rust's Flying Service

Rust's Flying Service departs from the south shore of Lake Hood off International Airport Rd. at Anchorage International Airport. The service provides narrated sightseeing tours that vary from 30 minutes to 12 hours by seaplane, wheeled planes and ski planes. Tours include flights to Denali National Park and Preserve, Knik Glacier, Prince William Sound and Chugach Mountains. Bear-viewing tours include flights to Katmai and Lake Clark National Parks as well as Redoubt Bay. Glacier landings and one-day to three-night fishing trips also are available.

Note: A 3 percent transportation fee is added to the cost of each trip. Departures require a minimum of 2 people. Singles are accommodated on a space-available basis.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
