St. James Parish Church

St. James Parish Church is at Church and King sts. The gray stone cruciform building was dedicated sometime between 1775 and 1782. Almost destroyed by an earthquake in 1957, the church has been restored. It is considered to be one of the finest churches in Jamaica. The cemetery dates to the late 1700s.
