Rugged beauty surrounds you on Richardson Highway (SR 4). On the way from Valdez, steep Keystone Canyon—featuring Bridal Veil Falls and Horsetail Falls—is not to be missed. Then there’s Worthington Glacier, which nudges up to the byway for a fantastic view of this ancient formation. Expect to venture on diverse terrain over silvery waters on this scenic journey.
Known as the Richardson Highway, SR 4 provides access to points of interest, such as historic Keystone Canyon and its Bridal Veil and Horsetail falls. Should you decide to stop, nearby Worthington Glacier provides an awe-inspiring experience as well as an excellent photo opportunity. To the north, there's the Tiekel River with snow-capped mountains in the background.
