McConkie Ranch is 10 mi. n.w. to 6228 McConkie Rd. At this site within Dry Fork Canyon are Fremont Indian petroglyphs thought to have been created between A.D. 1000 and 1200. Self-guiding tour brochures are available at the travel board and at local restaurants, hotels and service stations.
