Armstrong Browning Library of Baylor University is at Eighth and Speight sts. on the Baylor University campus. The Italian Renaissance-style building has 62 stained-glass windows. The two-story McLean Foyer of Meditation hall has a gold leaf dome, a two-ton chandelier and murals. The library has one of the largest collections of books, manuscripts and artifacts relating to the Victorian poet Robert Browning and his wife, poetess Elizabeth Barrett Browning. Also featured are paintings by their son Pen Browning and manuscripts from the library's holdings.
