Fireman's Hall Museum, 147 N. 2nd St. above Arch St., is housed in a firehouse built in 1902. The history of firefighting is depicted using memorabilia, graphics, films and early firefighting equipment. An interactive exhibit illustrates fire prevention techniques. Also featured is a photographic tribute to firefighters killed during the attacks of Sept. 11, 2001.
