Bicentennial Tower

Bicentennial Tower, 7 State St., was built at Dobbins Landing in 1995 to celebrate Erie's 200th birthday. The 187-foot tower overlooks the historic bay-front district and Presque Isle Bay. Visitors may take the elevator to the observation decks, which feature open-air and enclosed viewing areas; the highest one is at 138 feet.
