Cape May County Park and Zoo

Cape May County Park and Zoo is off Garden State Pkwy. exit 11 at 707 US 9N. This 200-acre park contains a zoo that is home to some 250 species of animals including bison, camels, deer, exotic birds, foxes, giraffes, lemurs, leopards, lions, monkeys, mountain bongos, oryxes, reptiles and zebras. Many of the animals are rare or endangered species. An 800-foot boardwalk leads to an African savanna habitat.

Picnicking is permitted. Food is available.
