Veterans Garden of Honor

Veterans Garden of Honor is just off SR 45 (Lake Michigan Dr.) on 68th Ave., in Allendale Community Park. The memorial, dedicated to U.S. veterans, features nine life-size statues of soldiers placed in a circle surrounding an 18-foot-tall obelisk topped with an American eagle. The nine statues, including one of a woman to honor female veterans, represent those who served in our country’s wars.
