The design is a mix of classic New England and modernity using rustic Shaker furnishings and impressive original art. Diverse dining options on-site feature an array of delicious cuisines and drinks. Guest rooms vary from cozy to comfortably large and offer fine linens, goose down comforters, 55-inch TVs and Bose radios. The luxurious marble bathrooms are complete with TVs in the mirrors, waffle robes and an anti-fog shaving mirror in the shower. The red line subway entrance in the center of Harvard Square and the Charles River is only a short walk. Live jazz in the bar on weekends is popular.
