360 CHICAGO, formerly the John Hancock Observatory, is at the John Hancock Center, 875 N. Michigan Ave. between Delaware Pl. and E. Chestnut St. The 100-story center stands 1,030 feet high and contains offices, apartments, shops and parking facilities. The X-frames on the tower are the center's distinguishing features. The observation deck on the 94th floor offers 360-degree views of the city and surrounding states through floor-to-ceiling windows and an outdoor Skywalk. 360 Chicago's TILT is the only downward-facing enclosed glass platform that tilts you out past the building edge providing a bird's eye view of the city far below.
