Taboada Springs

Taboada Springs are about 8 km (5 mi.) n. of San Miguel on Mex. 51 (the road to Dolores Hidalgo), then w. following signs to the Hotel Hacienda Taboada. Located on the hotel grounds, these mineral springs feed a thermal spa, which provides a hot soaking and reputed skin benefits. There also are two swimming pools and a large lawn area. Snacks and drinks are available. The buses that go to Atotonilco also stop within walking distance of the spa, but a more convenient means of transportation is to hire a taxi to take you directly to the hotel.
