Support Options

In-Warranty – Members who purchased a device within the last two years with AAA TourBook content loaded are still covered under the two year warranty. Proof of purchase will be required for in-warranty devices. Contact (800) 707-9971.

Out of warranty – Any device that is past the two year purchase date or purchased after the program termination date. Any device purchased after the termination date will be covered under the standard Magellan 1 year warranty.
